Vacuum sauage making machine is widely used in all kinds of sausage production, it is one of the necessary machine in meat processing.

The work efficiency is enhanced greatly by integrated with automatic feeding, quantitative filling and high-speed twisting. The filling process is completed under vacuum status which effectively prevent the fat oxidation and hydrolysis, reduce the surviving bacteria and ensure the products bright color and fresh flavor during the shelf life period. It is the top grade filling machine in China.

The filling and twisting are driven by servomotor. The human-machine interface, servo motor, reducer and PLC controller and vacuum pump are all imported.

The lifting device save the labour.

The portioning error of meat paste is within 2g, and meat block within 5g.

The automatic twisting is applicable for various natural casing, collagen casing and smoked casing.

Working with clipping machine realized automatic production line.

The twisting speed is stepless adjusted.
